DailyRent offers serviced apartments for short-term rent in Moscow.
DailyRent manages apartments on behalf of their owners, who give us the permission to sublease to our clients for any time period.
All our apartments are located in thebusiness district of Moscow. They are all renovated to international standards, fully furnished and fitted with all appliances.
DailyRent runs its own maid service, providing our guests with everything they need for a comfortable stay. The maids will clean the apartment and change the bed linens and towels.
We have our bed linens dry-cleaned by quality, international class drycleaners.
DailyRent operates an easy reservation system. Just pick the apartment you want and reserve it. Our friendly customer service staff will pick our guests up on arrival, and take them to the place.
Our guests can pay in cash or by bank transfer. We accept Visa, EuroCard and MasterCard plastic.

Booking and rental services
In order to rent an apartment, our clients need not more than to book a hotel room. All you have to do – is call our consultant in any time that’s suitable and warn of the date of arrival/departure, term of lease and number of people. Consultant will find the best option that’s available. After the payment has been set, you have to book an apartment.
1. Minimal lease term- 1 night
2. An apartment is booked after you prepaid 1 night .
3. Any method of payment is accepted:
• Cash in rubles, in our office, personally or through your representative in Moscow.
• Bank transfer from your organization or own account.
• Through express money transfer service, such as “Western Union”, “Money Cram”
• Credit Card
4. In case of cancellation or date change (later arrival or earlier departure) deposit is not returned.
Short-term rent. Moving in/out.
- Set time- 17h., it means that no matter the time of moving in, the day of rent ends at 17:00.
Moving out before 17:00h., moving in not later than 17:00h., and moving out from 17 to 24:00h takes additional payment 50% of daily living.
- Prolongation or shortening of the time of stay should be discussed with the representative of the company DailyRent in advance.
- When moving in according to the time and schedule, our manager will meet you on the place. After your examination and acceptance of the apartment, manager will register the necessary documents and give you the key.
When moving out according to the date and time appointed, or an acceptance of the apartment and deposit return, You meet with the manager of the company. In case an apartment was damaged, security deposit, accepted when booking, shall not be returned.
- The payment of the rent consists of total time of stay, if rent is paid according to the cashless settlement, the payment should be paid in before moving in.
- When moving in/out out of the working hours (FROM 20:00), the work of the manager is paid in addition: from 20:00-07:00 - $40.
